GI Sheets

Galvanized steel (GI) corrugated sheets

GI (galvanized) sheets use a zinc layer to protect steel against corrosion, making them a top choice for roofing, cladding, and outdoor fabrication.

  • Coating Weights: Z120, Z180, Z200, Z275 (higher number = thicker zinc, better durability).
  • Spangle: Regular, minimized, or zero-spangle to suit aesthetic and paintability needs.
  • Profiles: Plain, trapezoidal/corrugated roofing, tile profile, decking.
  • Paint Systems (PPGI): Polyester, SMP, PVDF topcoats over galvanized base for long-life color performance.
  • Typical Thickness: 0.30–1.0 mm for roofing/cladding; heavier gauges for structural decking.
  • Accessories: Ridge caps, flashing, fastening systems with sealing washers.
  • Applications: Residential/commercial roofing, boundary walls, sheds, warehouse cladding, HVAC ducting.
